The new Oolong for 2007, fresh from the Poobong Tea Estate. A semi fermented tea that is light for the afternoon but that matures to a red colour with a fuller flavour if left to steep for 4-5 minutes. As this is a semi-fermented tea it has the health benefits of green tea but with a real tea taste. This is a highly engineered product perfect for re-balancing today's busy lifestyle.
